Orders
How do I place an order?
Add your preferred items to the cart and proceed to checkout. We accept major credit and debit cards as well as Apple Pay. All payments are processed securely online.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us immediately at annie@bakkahome.com with your order number. Once your order is handed over to our courier Quiqup Delivery LLC, changes are no longer possible.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you deliver across the UAE?
Yes. We deliver to all Emirates through our logistics partner Quiqup Delivery LLC.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 2–5 working days after dispatch. Remote areas may take up to 7 days.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on orders above AED 200.
For smaller orders, a flat rate of AED 25 applies.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No. We only accept prepaid orders for faster and safer handling.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You’ll receive a Quiqup tracking link by email or SMS once your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and in perfect condition. Return shipping is at your cost.
How do I start a return?
Email annie@bakkahome.com with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll reply with next steps and courier instructions.
When will I get my refund?
Approved refunds are issued within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.
Can I exchange for another size or colour?
Yes, if stock is available. The same 14-day return period applies.
Warranty
Is there a warranty on BAKKA HOME products?
Yes. All products made from EVA material come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.
What is not covered?
Normal wear and tear, misuse, sun exposure, or surface marks that do not affect function.
How do I file a warranty claim?
Email annie@bakkahome.com with your order number, a short description, and photos of the defect. We’ll review and arrange repair, replacement, or refund as applicable.
Products & Care
What material are the baskets made of?
All BAKKA HOME products are made from high-quality EVA, a flexible and water-resistant material designed for both indoor and outdoor use.
How should I clean my basket or tray?
Wipe with mild soap and water using a soft cloth. Avoid harsh cleaners or solvents.
Can EVA withstand humidity and outdoor conditions?
Yes. EVA is water-resistant and suitable for use in bathrooms, patios, and outdoor spaces, though long exposure to direct sunlight may slightly fade the colour over time.
