Shipping & Delivery

1. Delivery area

We deliver across the United Arab Emirates (UAE) through our logistics partner Quiqup Delivery LLC.
International shipping is not available at this time.


2. Processing time

Orders placed before 13:00 GST (Sunday–Friday) are dispatched the next working day if stock and payment are confirmed.
Orders placed after 13:00 or on UAE public holidays are processed the day after the next working day.


3. Delivery timeframe

Standard delivery: 2–5 working days after dispatch.
Remote areas: up to 7 working days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier routing, building access, weather, or public holidays.


4. Delivery fees

  • Free delivery on orders above AED 200.
  • AED 25 flat rate for orders below AED 200.

All orders are prepaid; Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.


5. Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your Quiqup tracking number.
You can track your parcel directly via Quiqup’s delivery update link.


6. Delivery attempts

Quiqup will contact you before delivery.
If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, an additional redelivery fee may apply.


7. Acceptance & inspection

Please inspect the parcel before signing.
If it appears damaged, ask the courier to note it and contact annie@bakkahome.com within 24 hours with photos so we can open a claim with Quiqup.


8. Large or bulky items

Ensure that building access (lift, doorway, security) allows delivery.
If access is denied and the courier cannot deliver, a redelivery fee may apply.


9. Address changes

Address changes after dispatch are not guaranteed and may delay delivery or incur additional courier charges.


10. Taxes & duties

All prices include 5% UAE VAT.
No customs fees apply for domestic UAE deliveries.
