Refund & Return Policy

Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:
• Unused and unwashed
• In original packaging
• Free from damage or wear

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

How to Request a Return

Contact our customer service team with:
• Order number
• Reason for return
• A photo of the item in its original packaging

Once approved, our team will arrange collection.

Refunds

Card / Apple Pay payments: Refunded to the same method (7–10 working days after processing).
COD payments: Refunded as store credit only.

Refunds are issued once the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired item is not available, a refund will be issued according to the method above.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours with photos of:
• The damaged area
• The packaging/box
• Any visible defect

We will arrange a replacement at no cost.

Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or exposure to extreme conditions is not eligible for return or replacement.
